I think you're a little wrong on the sex. Its a cockerel, notice the redness and size of the comb and wattles? You can tell by the birds structure that its probably around three months old.

That's way too red, his crest is too small also. Their skin should appear almost black or a dark navy blue, more or less a dark navy blue.

Yep! Got a splash! Blue to blue breeding will give you 50% blue, 25% splash, and 25% black. :)

Nice pattern, only thing setting her apart is the red leakage.
