I have attempted to hatch four emu eggs. No movement from any of them. One hatched. And AMAZING biology, after 63 day, the other three were still good to eat.

I would hatch them for you -- can handle four at a time. Looking for eggs myself.

It's winter, and my guess is your air is as dry as ours. Last year, my eggs started later in the year, and the humidity was higher. I used a custard cup then to keep the humidity where I wanted it. Now, with the air so dry, my incubator is an old Hovabator 1602, and it has channels...

From my experience, that is pretty normal. Similar to a human baby, you MUST see them poop after a few days. Fascinating about their biology is they hatch with a fair amount of the yolk still inside them, that keep them going and get started.
