I went to the per store and got a daylight blue reptile bulb that is 60 watt and a digital thermometer...the light is keeping it close to 93 degrees

would a infrared heat lamp 75 watt work

I can get the brooder lamp at my local tractor supply store but as far as light they only have in stock a 250 w heat lamp incandescent red bulb...was worried that this would be too hot for the chick...I can also get this incandescent hight red heat bulk that is 50 watt...

I can also get a night red heat incandescent 50 watt bulb as well
