I know this thread is a bit old, but I have a 3-day-old Ameraucana bantam chick that exact color. The breeder I bought eggs from had a self-blue rooster with mostly self-blue hens, one black hen, one splash hen, and (randomly) one blue wheaten hen. My guess is this is the blue wheaten's chick...
The scissors work well and are cheap, but I recommend drying them as soon as you wash them. Mine started to rust (superficially, it washed off) after sitting in the drying rack.
