Market is... what it is. There's not many houses like ours, for dirt cheap. We are just bailing on the house, so we just need 1 offer. We are staying in Texas, I'll actually end up closer to San Antonio, but closer to the beach.

I'm more worried because I have 8 weeks to find a buyer and close on our current house, so we have time to get settled in our new house before he starts the new location. Ugh!

Sorry I've been MIA guys!!! We are doing well, but we got a job transfer and are trying to sell our house to move. Baby is getting big!

ours has full free range ability, usually when it's hot, they hide under the fig tree by our well house. We mist that for them. they also like to camp out by our front door. LOL

Mine free range. We don't have enclosures for them like that. We only coop them up at night and they are open-air coops.

Sadly, no electric. My husband is looking into battery operated fans for the hottest part of the afternoon and the possibility of a gas-powered swamp cooler, but those may run us 4-10k to invest in one down the road.
