    I get one type of food all flock. This takes care of my geese, chickens and ducks, they all can have it. Haven’t had any issues.

    How’s your chick? Flooring is the most important thing with silkies. Nothing slippery, I find that even wood shavings is slippery for some silkies.

    And fix her flooring, use something rubbery or a cloth not newspaper. I like to use rubber shelf covers.

    I would Get her some vitamin b complex. Silkies are little stinkers. Lol.

    I would put him in a hammock for a few days give him some vitamin b complex, get him off his legs and just have the tips touch the ground to give him some strength but not to much.

    They just seem to do better. I’m thinking perhaps cause they are longer in body. However, I’ve had some people tell me they have had luck hatching them in an upright position on the turner. It just doesn’t work well for me.

    I have never been able to hatch out a deattached air cell chick but today it happened. I broke my curse. Check him or her out AND SUCH A HIGH VAULT!!
