Based off the orange eyes (brown gene pigeons have pearl-colored eyes) maybe the brown ones are dilute blue? With some kind of modifier gene like indigo or something... it's hard to tell though cause I've never seen pigeons that color before. They look very beautiful
Just for fun I'll enter a couple. There have been so many hawks around I can't let my pigeons fly free anymore though so they might all have fencing in the background.

Sounds like a lost domestic pigeon that's very hungry. If you have any seeds around you could give it a handful and that may be enough for it to have the energy to get home. Might need a small dish of water too.
