They have a heat plate and are in a warm kitchen (25c). Food and water. Pooping well.

I suspect she had something wrong that left her susceptible to the sour crop, she deteriorated so fast. She was always very greedy but also the smallest of the 4. We have eggs in the incubator now but only 3 out of 7 look good. Due to hatch Monday. Thanks again for your help.
None of these ones had any movement. The first 3 had good veins on day 7. We had an overnight power outage (i don't know how long it was for) about day 12.
Sorry your hen's sick. I don't have a lot of experience but I would give some vitamin e and b complex while you are waiting. Helps with neurological and leg problems in chicks. May help and unlikely to cause any harm.
