We just brought home some baby chicks today. I’ve been reading some about ACV in water but it’s always referring to adult chickens. Do chicks need it too? What age and how much? They’re in the brooder inside right now and will go out to a coop/run in a few weeks. They are on medicated chick feed.

i went crazy trying to upload to this forum:) What i do is click on the tab to post. go to uploads at top of page and that will give the option to browse for pics. then under that box it says my uploads in tiny letters:) click that and copy link under pic. x out and paste to you message...

Mine made a mad dash out the door....stopped dead in their tracks, and made a mad dash back for the coop:) After having breakfast in the coop they came out for a little bit and huddled under bushes. I'd call them big babies, but I don't want to be in it either!

We used a mini space heater rigged to a thermostat. The chicks are trying to hatch right now!

garlic and onions will make the eggs taste bad, but garlic is supposed to be a natural dewormer for chickens. You would just have to mix you eggs with sausage for a good omelet for a few days
