UpDate: Sad day today. We tried to valiantly save her but alas she succumbed to her illness. I still am unsure as to the cause and did not perform a necropsy. We are treating the rest of the flock and watching for anything suspicious. Thank you all for the assistance.

Looks like what ever it is is hugging the wall. Rats and Mice do that. I would recommend a T-Rex Trap for rats. Just make sure to steak it down in the ground or they will run off with it if it does not kill them right away or another predator can come to clean it up. No bait needed just open...
