Thanks. I do not have a problem with temperature fluctuations, but only with the humidity. I think that the early drop to 26 degrees one night stopped the developement of all but possibly 4 eggs. There was nothing when I candeled them at about 10 days or so.

Will do. I do not know if it can be calibrated, but that is a good idea to look into. It has worked satisfactorily in the past. I think it could be better though.
I do wet hatches. I was really looking forward to this group hatching as I lost 6 hens and my spare rooster (who was going to be gorgeous) to a couple of hunting dogs. No blood, the necks were just snapped.
I thought I had used the eggs from the hens before the attack.

I have been incubating both chicken and goose eggs for about 3 years with this incubator. At least half of the 22 chicken eggs usually hatch if not more. Sainme with the goose eggs, about half of the eggs (either 6 or 8) hatch.
I have never had none of the eggs hatch.
I did notice that...
Well all of my eggs hatched and I Baby Curely has chicks under her but I do not know how many.
I ended up with only 5 viable goose eggs, but they hatched.
I took the eggs from all three of the nests. Two are quite large, they were also the first to hatch and the other three are about a third...
My Baby Curely seems to be getting tired. She is a very protective goose. I finally saw her outide with the rest of the group at grape treat time in the afternoon. Then she wandered a bit, took a short bath and went back to work!
I wonder who is going to claim raising the goslings this...
