It's that time of year! Can you help me identify if these are hens or roos (more specifically the orpington (gray and white) and my rhode island red. but if you spot any others let me know)? We are not able to keep roos in our neighborhood, the earlier I can identify, the better!

Hi all! My chicks spent their first full day outdoors yesterday and it was much warmer than today. Today has felt a lot more colder (46f and rainy).
Are they okay to be outdoors?
My older ones are about 5 weeks and the youngest 4 weeks. Our temps are low 40s at night / 50s during the day.
