Thanks I use Food Grade DE. I've been around DE for 30+ yrs. I use to work in a lab with DE. I also use proper ventilation. I know there's several opinions on DE. But I prefer it to help with the mites. I will watch her one more day and then go get Valbazen. Thank you.
The ACV helps in a myriad of ways including a healthy gut but I have not wormed them at all. They are almost 3 yrs old. They are on Dumor Organic Pellets and They free range during the day. We give worms and fruits and veggies for treats I put DE in nesting boxes and floor of cup as well as...
I just noticed one of my girls has yellow liquid poo and has poo on her hiney. Her vent is clean but she seems to be walking gingerly and kind of staying to herself. Should I wash her bottom? They have fresh water with ACV in it. Is there anything else I can do for her?
SORRY... I'm alive. I'm a Realtor so my life gets a bit hectic at time. This time of year work picks up and getting the garden ready takes up alot of my time. I try and hang out with my girls everyday before they go to bed. It lowers my stress and calms my soul.
The girls are doing good...
Thank you. The weather has been horrible.. freezing. Winds 45mph+,rain you name it. Texas has the strangest weather. Not seasons. When it warms up a bit ill give it a soaking. Thank you again
I posted pics. She's still limping around. I'm just heartbroken. I don't know what to do. I thought about doing some vet wrap to maybe stabilize her foot?? Other than that I'm clueless
I have no pictures. She's 2 going on 3yrs old
At first that's what I thought but I'm not sure. I'll look into that further because I don't know what else is wrong.
Two days ago I noticed one of my girls was limping.
It's been wet and muddy here. I washed her feet. I see nothing wrong. She can't scratch but she still tries gingerly. She can't run to me anymore. She gets up on the roost at night but she walks up and takes two hops and she's ready for bed...
2 of my 10 girls have this on their wattles.
They are eating and running around the yard and run. We are in Texas they get treats and frozen treats daily
They are 2yr 7mo old.
Any info appreciated.
