Backyard chicken hatched June 6th, got a little red comb really early so planned for it to be a boy but now I’m wondering. 20 weeks, no real prominent rooster feathering that I can see? The all black one is in question, the one with the white neck is a hatch mate that I think is a girl! Thoughts?

I have 4 (supposed to be) pullets from Murray McMurray and one is making me nervous. I ordered a bunch of sexed chicks and 3/15 turned out to be cockerels so far (a CL, Partridge Cochin and Egyptian Fayoumi).

Question for the experts, is the ladder into the pop door just too steep? Would that keep them from wanting to get back in? Or is that a non-issue with them not knowing to go in at night. Just my input, it is a pretty coop!!!
