Red duck poop! Normal or cause for concern?! Freaking out!

They don’t have access to any berries that I know of we have a holly bush with red berries but those are all eaten by the robins and gone by now we’re probably going to be scheduling a appointment with her regular vet and I will ask about that there thank you

Red duck poop! Normal or cause for concern?! Freaking out!

So another update, we emailed the emergency vet and didn’t have to go in, however they said it was abnormal and probably either a reproductive disease of gastrointestinal inflammation. They said to watch her and make sure it doesn’t worsen although in her most recent stool it seemed less red and...

Red duck poop! Normal or cause for concern?! Freaking out!

Also to add, she’s acting totally normal, eating, drinking, trying to run out of the pen when I opened the door to go inside, all of her normal antics but I know that I haven’t fed them anything red so I’m really worried for her, (don’t tell Sammy but she’s my favorite)

Red duck poop! Normal or cause for concern?! Freaking out!

If it’s not one duck it’s the other 😅 Just posted something the other day about Sammy and tonight I went to put the ducks up and noticed red droppings. I watched both of them until I watched them poop and Sammy is thankfully fine, but Colby is having red poop. It doesn’t look like pictures I’ve...

Thank you I will try that, she also seems to have perked up a bit now maybe I just caught her right after laying her egg? She came out of her house and is running around the yard with my other duck now, I checked their house and there’s still only two eggs

Possible egg binding or something different?

So here’s the thing, when I let my ducks out this morning, one of them didn’t want to come out and was acting egg bound, but I checked the nest and all the eggs had been laid. I have two Cayuga ducks and each duck gives me an egg a day. There were two eggs in the nest. She’s got her feathers...

Need help quick! Duck shaking and unresponsive unsure if she swallowed water!!

I have 2 Cayuga ducks about a year old and they’re molting, I’m stupid for this and can’t stop blaming myself but I didn’t cover their pool and I went outside to shut them up in their coop and found my sweet girl Colby in the water. I pulled her out but she was soaked to the bone, I’m thinking...

Help 3 week old Cayuga duckling panting!

He seems like he’s doing better like maybe he got something in his nose? I’m not really sure because he does seem to be sneezing quite a bit an clearing out his nose in the water when I bathe him. I’m not sure if it’s because these shavings have been dustier than the last bag we bought or if it...

They do have a heat lamp but it hasn’t been on during the day just at night because I was thinking that he was just getting too hot. Their bedding is Pine Shavings from Tractor Supply. Help 3 week old Cayuga duckling panting!

I have 2 three week old Cayuga ducklings and they both seemed perfectly fine, they eat, drink, swim in the bath, and play. I have recently noticed that one seems to be panting quite often and I know that he isn’t overheating. This morning I noticed the other one panting but she has since stopped...
