Owner of Stellar Game Birds, Poultry, Waterfowl LLC and known as The Quail Lady. I am experienced in animal nutrition and genetics. My goals are to breed Coturnix Quail to their genetic potential. I would like the nation see that this bird is as valuable as any other commodity and a wonderful alternative to raising chickens. I have two wonderful books published in this field: Coturnix Revolution and The Quail Lady's Guide to Raising Coturnix on the Homestead. I am a contributor to many magazines such as Mother Earth News, Backyard Poultry, Grit, The Chicken Whisperer Magazine, and recently, Community Chickens.
