    That I didn’t break my dog. Tried to load a flailing beagle into the car this weekend and now he’s got a neck and/or jaw injury. Poor boy is 12.5 years old, doesn’t need this 😢

    Securing chickens at night

    A raccoon could reach through a wire dog crate, but not a hard side crate. As a temporary solution it should work until you get hardware cloth down.

    She looks incredible for 10.5 years old, you’ve done a great job! I would also consider keeping her inside in a dog crate at night if it’s not too stressful on her. Also, chickens do just fine sleeping an the floor, my idiots do it every night ☹️, but she might miss her roost? I have no idea...

    I broke my hand karate chopping a piece of styrofoam. Don’t do that kids, styrofoam (and hands) break easily.
