He’s a Schofield Silver collection quail. I just love the colors that the silver gene dilutes! It’s super unique!

Sadly no, they are not very cuddly unless you have crazy amounts of time to handle them. They’re super fun and different, but they’re less cuddly and try even harder to die than chickens do haha

Yeah I think they’re too wild…they’re rather entertaining to sit and watch though haha. They scurry around, dust bathing makes them super happy, and they chirp like crickets

Yes!! I would have a ton of fish if not for all the work it takes to keep the water chemistry balanced and clean I used to love having fish! Quail poop almost as much though hehe

Oh yeah, definitely a lot of work! Just this morning my mother and I had to pry a particle of something out of one of her baby Cichlid fishes mouth.
I have two favorites, my Betta I raised from a baby, and my angel fish Gill!

I always wanted a cichlids tank! They’re such amazing colors but such butts haha. I had a betta that I just loved that ate from my hand. They’re such neat fish. Maybe I’ll consider a betta again one of these days. They’re a bit less high maintenance!
