Well, a built a wooden boat once. Really small, only about 8'. I used to make fishing lures some years back. Some wooden some metal. I work on cars some. I have an old truck that I've been building for about 4 years now and almost done. Just tore down the engine and had it rebuilt over this past year. Swapped the transmission also. I've got a big garden planned for this year too.

I feel you there! I've had so many hobbies through the past couple years and it took several to find one that stuck. Now I have the things I need to do the failed hobbies and no motivation to do them!

I just had to pull 4 rows out on Sophie. I made a mistake several rows back.

Nooooo, that sucks! I had to do the same thing to the top I was working on last night. And four rows in a ton based on how the photo looked!

It is. Each row is taking between 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

So that's like a huge setback to have to undo that many rows! How many stitches is each?

The last one I had completed was over 550.

Wow, that takes a lot of dedication to complete!

Yeah, bad part is I have no idea who I'm going to give to! It's way to big for my bed. I'll figure it out.

No siblings, parents, or grandparents who would like it? What will the dimensions be when finished?

I'm sure there's someone who'd take it. Just not sure who yet. AFA dimensions go, I'm not really sure how big its going to be. It's 43 inches as of the last row I had done before frogging, and I'm about halfway done.

Ah. Good grief, that's going to be massive!

But then you wouldn't be able to see the pretty pattern! But it'll be so big you'd have to hang it on a wall or something to see the whole thing!

But its so heavy it'd stretch and get ruint! Can't win for losin.

Gah, it's so big that unless you sleep in a king size bed it won't fit anywhere unless it's folded!

My bed isn't even a twin! I have to sleep diagonal!

You sound like someone I know he's 6'6" and I think sleeps in a twin!
