    There is no photo attached - hmmm sounds like she had a high protein snack with the egg 😊 As long as she had the wormer she will have her parasite load reduced - make sure to repeat in 2 weeks. 💕💕💕💕

    Yes it would be extremely risky. Now if it were Henny Penny I would have no worries. But anyways she was off the nest this morning. Those chicks are out and about doing their thing so they can stay put where they are.

    Tonight I found whiskers sitting on eggs - if she is broody I might give her a couple days to see if she stays and then maybe slip them under her and see if she will take them on. Risky….

    That are also very smart birds and extremely social. That’s probably the best thing, they have the experience, and likely a Vet on call if they need one.

    I am leaning towards the BB (Black Breasted) Red OEB, the Crele pattern chicks have white spots on their heads. The Silver Duckwings have a silvery colour and white strips from head to tail. They fit in your hand when they are older, that's how tiny they will be, they will be even smaller...
