I had a Muscovy years ago that limped for quite a while due to a drake over mating her. I did not realize at the time that was the problem. She eventually got over it though and I pray that yours does too.

You can also use Veterycin eye spray that you can get from Tractor Supply if you have one in your area. I do not know where you are located. That might help its eyes if they got scratched or pecked or have something in them.
