It was too hot to be outside. I watered the clover, set a bunch of traps, packed for my trip. Planted nothing. Watered those pumpkins so they won't die while I'm gone. Broody didn't break. She's back in the jail. 🤦🏻♀️ -

What's your sales tax rate? And how often do you have to pay vehicle registration? We pay 8.25% sales tax here. Vehicles have to be registered every year. Including the boat that I pay property taxes on and our travel trailer. Dirt bikes and other ohvs are every two years. -

Nothing sexier than being covered in grit, sunscreen, and flakes of sweat salt. You and that freeze dryer! It's been almost a year with it now right? You got the large? Seems like you make good use of it and like it. I'm still waiting to pull the trigger. My finger is getting itchy. -

Yes. Depending on the variety of carrots you grew, they are either delicious and a good texture, or delicious and kinda like baby food. 😂 The only way I can get my DS to eat carrots is by boiling them or canning them. -

Yeah they actually need more nitrogen than you think. Especially if you're using organics. And like I said, keep the soil evenly moist. They absolutely hate getting dry. But hate wet feet. Loamy soil or straight compost is good for planting. -
