    Except a certain egg was very unusual: it weighed 66 grams, when the typical weight ranges from 35 to 48g. I set it aside in a certain carton with plans to bake with it, since reading that successful incubation of double-yolk eggs is very rare (hesitate to say ‘impossible’).
