That room hasn't been rentable for about 4 years do to HUGE leak in the tub area , with Mont's help we found the issue , fixed it and new cement board and tile where the tub surround was giving out.

I spent friday emptying a room (lots of extra furniture and beds in there) and washing walls, and then painted it on Sat , did 2 coats in the bathroom. Angie just needs to clean everything good and panel spray the wood paneling in there and it will be ready to rent by the week or month. OH...
