Give it 2 days, then let her out about an hour before roost time, if she goes to roost she's good to go, if she goes back to the nest, back in the clank for another couple days

You need to make sure the chicks have been puffed with the powder and the brooder needs to be completely cleaned out, dusted, then refilled with whatever substrate you are using for bedding. Relax, I know they're gross, but all will be well.
