    looking for poultry

    I'm in Texas, and the backyard is empty, if someone has poultry, ducks or chickens etc to rehome let me know - I take in strays. I don't think I can have roosters in this area tho :(

    FINALLY! a broody hen

    Here she is, she's a New Hampshire and she's my first broody. I moved her into a brooding pen in the garage. So the countdown begins, this is day1. She's a large breed so I gave her 12 eggs. I'm so excited! I candle in 10 days.
