Help chick struggling
I have a chick that staggers keeps opening it's mouth making no sound. Occasionally it squeaks then stands and falls down. Breathing so hard his entire body moves. Any ideas? When he does stand he Lso flaps his wings. He is a week and a half old Buckeye chick.

One rooster died sometime overnight on Friday to Saturday. Was fine on Thursday and Friday morning then Friday evening moved slowly, sort of held his wings out slightly and was dead on Saturday morning. Noticed the same symptoms begin on Tuesday morning; by Tuesday evening he was also holding...
So I ordered 36 chicks and so far 12 are dead and though I've tried the sugar water, the cider vinegar some are still lethargic and seem on the edge of death. Of course the others are happily cheeping away.
