Will my Brody hen take a chick that my other hen did not hatch out completely?

So I have a chick thats in the process of hatching, it is peeping and pecking from inside the shell but it has been about 4 hours with no progress and no external pip, just wondering what I should do? One other baby has hatched and this should be the only other one so, just wondering.

One of my hatching chicks has pipped through the shell and some of the shell pieces has flaked off, there is also blood, its from the veins not the chick. What do I do? I have been keeping the exposed membrane moist and letting the chick have air (its beak is the only part through) Any advice is...
