I posted this in the incubating and hatching eggs forum, but not many replies, this chick hatched naturally, but had a red nub, when I checked back on it the yolk sac had come back out. It looks like the yolk has been absorbed but not the red sac, what should I do.

So this chick hatched normally. It did have a small red nub, and when I check back it's yolk sac was hanging out! I put it in a sterile tub with paper on the bottom so it's not dragging the sac through the bedding and it was full of yolk but it's now like an empty red sac, what should I do.
