    Ever heard a hen CROW?

    Ok. Some of the birds that I inherited are Wyandotte chicks. I know for sure that one is a rooster, but now I’ve got a “hen“ crowing. I’m attaching pictures and will attach a video later. Any help sexing these animals would be much appreciated. it should be noted, that all, but one have pea combs.

    Chicken with a broken leg

    I found one of my 12 week old chicks last night with a broken leg. It’s definitely broken, it’s dangling when you pick her up. Can she survive and thrive or should I cull her?

    Does anyone know why my male bunny is humping my females head.

    I have three females and one buck, we have successfully bread 2 od the females and are trying to bread the third (for the third time). She is receptive and lifting for him, but he keeps humping the wrong end. He has sired two litters.

    I heard a disturbing suggestion from a 4H father, wondering if anyone else has heard it.

    I had a 4-H father tell me the other day that 4H suggests breaking the legs of meat birds so that they don’t move around too much and you just pump the food to them.
