    Anybody know about Maticoopx incubator?

    After set up and warm up it will not get below 60% humidity. Opened the vent all the way to get it to drop below 68%. Don’t want to ruin the eggs, haven’t put them in yet, but is recommending 50-55%. Any suggestions? Tried calling company but number on website is disconnected.
