    temperature question for still air incubation

    My incubator is set at 101,I have 6 silkie eggs in there...With a still air incubator is it correct to have the temps a bit higher to 102 -103? I hear different things from different people about having still air and needing a higher temperature..I am set at 101,is this correct ? Thanks,,

    I was taking a good look at my hens/rooster today,,trimming nails ect,,when I saw that my rooster looks like he might have scaley leg mites..I checked everyone else,they look fine. but the rooster was a little scaley looking on his foot,,not on the legs though..so I treated everyone and cleaned...
