So I came out this morning to feed and water my flock and I noticed that my polish rooster was missing a whole wing I mean it was just gone only a bone sticking out no other injuries just the wing... They have a run for protection but most of the day they free range in the chicken yard also...
I have 2 EE roos to good home I just didnt want any boys. I gave it a chance and I would like a more peaceful flock. The boys are nice just not to each other
I have 1 EE 1 Plymouth that are around 4 months old and 2 EE 3 Cochin and another Plymouth that are 3 months all the blue eggs are from my older EE i am still waiting on the Plymouth's first eggs should be any day now!!

Well I got a big suprise when I went to check on my group yesterday there where 4 eggs from my EE i was so excited!! There about 21 weeks old I was expecting to wait at least a few more weeks.. now waiting on my plymoth and the newer pullets who are 11 weeks. Love my Girls

Well I am thinking of adding a kinda nursery wing to the coop and wanted to get yalls opinion..was thinking that I would build off the entrence we have now take the wood off the door and replace with chicken wire that way they will all get to know each other while the chicks are young that way...
