Chick laying on back and side, letting other walk on her.

I know being on the belly like that is normal. This one is on her back and sides, very unusual.

Chick laying on back and side, letting other walk on her.

I have a chick that is about a week old. My husband often says he thinks she's dead. But as soon as I touch her she acts okay. She's eating a drinking. She is sleeping on her side with legs sprawled out, or on her back. Even in my hand, she sleeps like this. I've never had a chick do this...

I knew if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to explain it. I have Pip on our porch until she heals or has to be put down. She's in her own little pen and is eating like she hasn't in days. She must not be able to get over to the food well.

Sick or Wounded? =( Help please. (video attached)

It seems both of her legs have been affected, as they both turn inward. My father in law said it reminds him or arthritis but I know she is too young. Is it possible she was stepped on and her legs have been almost paralyzed? She is still eating, as well. No problems there.
