Hatched under a chicken so I am hand raising it. Very tame and perpetually underfoot, it is also quite 'talkative'.
My young Swinhoe's hen is due to hatch a few eggs soon as well.
I'm considering adding a pair. What are they like as far as behavior? Would they be able to share space with another pair of pheasants? If so, what breeds?
I just added a young pair of Swinhoe's to my collection. Hope they settle soon so I can take photos. Tails are chewed but will grow back. The female is just beautiful, I love the girls patterns as much as the male's bright color found in Galliforms.
I relisted an auction in the wrong spot: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=610750
This should be in '8 weeks and older'. Would it be possible for a moderator to move this? Apologies for the inconvenience!
Prince William and Prince Harry are looking for homes. They are very sweet and still babies. They are out of very blue eggs and from my exhibition quality Blue Wheaten stock. To best describe the splash wheaten color, to me they look like blue laced red, especially on their necks. They are...
I have a good starter group of true araucanas ready to go. There are three girls and one boy. Male has some silver bleed through. Two are rumpless, two have tails, all hatched from blue eggs. None are tufted. Auction is for the entire group. They are small enough yet to fit into one...

I've got three pullets available out of my flock. One is wheaten and the other two are BW. They are just over two months old now and ready for homes. The photos on my website are the parents.
Note: The winning auction price will be per bird, winner can take all three or just one, etc...
I have lots of pure bred buff leghorn chicks available right now. They are from stock I purchased from Dann Honour. They are very nice birds and pullets mature quickly, lots of eggs once they get going!

Just a few pics of him, he's just now getting his adult color. He is so tame he will jump up into my lap for treats. I've also been crate training him so if I need to move or medicate him I can easily do so.

This is a bird hatched from my stock. He's just now breeding age and would be great for someone working on a cuckoo olive egger or perhaps to refine to a cuckoo ameraucana project. Or, just as a colorful boy for your backyard flock. He has white skin, is a large fowl and check out his huge...

Charlie is a wonderful splash wheaten Ameraucana cockerel out of my show pair of blue wheatens. His mother took RB at NEPC this January. His daddy has taken BB in the past. Charlie is just shy of knowing he is a boy in age. He looks to be developing a classic pea pod comb! He is also going...
