Thanks, the hardest part was making the cull decision, once the decision was made the act itself was not as bad as I thought. Plus I did not scald and pluck i skinned so there was not much of a smell.

I was just talking about a temporary winter structure. when spring arrives and mites/bugs would be a problem tear it down and use the bales as whatever you want maybe cover bare spots and lay grass seed or whatever. But strictly a winter temp structure.
I like the idea of a roo lending service that was discused. Have it for a couple months then return it. really they serve no other purpose....lol....not like lending out a laying hen.
