Thanks. I tried cleaning it all off but it's really hard and painful for her. The poop isn't blocking her vent and it's mostly puss/blood/poop combination. She is still pooping and drinking/eating.

I'll get some pictures!!! They are pullets and just started laying little tiny eggs. Mine are definitely pets and already very tame. They are both black.

The chicken on the far left in the third to last photo is definitly a rooster. The rest seem to be pullets.

Don't give her oatmeal as they can easily gum up inside the chicken's digestive system or even around their beak and seal it shut.
