Hello from Best Nest Box. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding issues that you are having. Hens do not always cooperate. We do have hundreds of...
I have planted them in all types of soil. They would prefer loose soil, but I don't always plant them in good soil. The beets will grow out of the ground.
Thanks Chickerdoodle13! That was very helpful. We also have 2 other types of electrification that have worked very well and the dogs are fully trained with the 5 acres of invisible fencing we have and with the electrified poultry netting.
If you are interested in purchasing, I will send you a paypal invoice.
Eliminate broken and dirty eggs!!!!! This roll out box works. Rear or front rollaway assembly possible. We have been using it for 2 years. We wish we would have made the investment sooner. They are so worth the investment...
Joel Salatin keeps his rabbits in cages all winter inside the greenhouse with his chickens. Rabbit cages are on legs and chickens can roam under the cages.
I have found Crystal Pellets by Crystal Creek are the absolute best medicine. They are expensive, but they work very well and are totally natural. We can buy ours at our feed mill. We use them when their is stress in the flock or extreme differences in temperatures. We just sprinkle them on...

Here is the inside of our mobile set ups. We use tarps over the cattle panels. Their nest boxes set on the back of the trailer. We pasture our chickens so they always have fresh grass.
We bought ours at Tractor supply. It lasted for 4 years, as long as we don't use the weed eater around it. You can put in an order at Tractor Supply and they will ship it to your local store.
This is so cute!! We catch the nighttime roost manure by hanging tarps with spring clamps under the roost bars. Not sure if you would want to spoil the cuteness though.
We already had a great horned owl problem. He visited regularly and knew what chicken tasted like. We than bought 4 of this product. It was properly installed. The owl still came 2 more times and killed two chickens. It did not work for us, but we already had a prior problem. We gave up and...
