This usually means the chicks hatched a bit too early this happened to me a while back and i let it rest by itself and did exactly what @Ravynscroft said and now she's going great and is very healthy and happy!

Hi, you should definitely separate the ''roo'' and his young, in breeding really isn't healthy, also if one ends up also being a ''roo'' they can have very violent fights when he reaches maturity..
well I've only got two in the cage and this is there first time too, my older couple is next to them also... but I've never had to hand feed before i started hand taming at 3 weeks and put them back in the cage so ill have to do my research with feeding them. thanks a lot :)
