I had a roo who got attacked and ripped neck muscles. He could not lift his neck, and he could not for 3 weeks. I had to tube feed him, and monitor him constantly. He was up and running after a month. Point is, with his neck not working , the muscles may just be really weak. Keep updated!!
That is. NOT the only way!! You can trap it, and transport it to a conservation area far away. Far away is preferred, but 10 to 20 miles is ok. Make sure no pests get in. I once had a chicken that was attacked by a fox, and maggots got in it and ate away the flesh attaching the skin to the neck...

Is she aggressive to you? If she is just aggressive towards the other pullets, you could put up a divider so she is on one side, and the other pullets are on the other side. She could get used to them that way. Are they sexed, or not sexed? They can be aggressive regardless of sex.
