I have been waiting for this moment for a LONG time, and I have been very selective and decisive, so my pal @casportpony would not have to enter 30 separate images onto a spread sheet. (At least I hope). Entry (chicken) #1: These are all the same chicken, I just have to narrow down the picture...

    Rooster Overmating.

And I would rather not have to stress out my chickens when I put the saddle on them, because my chickens get really stressed when they are held.

    Rooster Overmating.

So, I have noticed that 1 of my hens has here feathers gone on her back, and a couple more have some feathers that are going missing. Father and Son Integrating

I currently have 1 Buckeye rooster, and 7 hens. They have been living peacefully except for the occasional scuffle. Near the end of August 2020 my Dutch Bantam went broody, so we put several eggs under her. She hatched out 3 of them which are Buckeye mixes, 2 are female, and 1 is a male. The...

    Emerald Swifts and Anoles

I have a 46 gallon bowfront tank. The dimensions are 12" deep, 36" wide, and 21" tall. I am just wondering if it is possible to keep anoles and Emerald swifts in this size tank. If so, how many of each lizard? If not what size tank would I need to get?
