Hi everyone! Anyone know what kind of ducks these two are? I got them from an assorted bin at tractor supply almost a month ago. When will I be able to tell if they are drakes?
Thanks!
3 of my 9 chickens are missing almost all their neck feathers (see pictures below). I've never seen them fight or peck at each other and they're only 9 months so I don't think its molting. Is it mites/ lice?? Thanks for the help everyone!
Matilda is one of our 4 week old EE chicks from Meyer. She's bigger than the others and definitely bigger than the other 2 EEs. She's also more flighty and the only one that pecks at my hand when I go to pick her up. Is it still too early to tell gender?? She's sadly giving me Roo energy
2.5 week old chicks from Meyer hatchery. One is a Welsummer and the other should be a Cream Legbar. Any idea who is who? Probably too early to tell sex, right? Thanks!

Hi everyone!
3 day old Meyer hatchery chicks. Should be 3 easter eggers, 1 welsummer and a mystery chick. Any idea which is the bonus chick and what she could be?? It's probably too early to tell but thought I'd ask.
Thanks!
Hi everyone,
Our cream legbar pullet is about 7 months old and is yet to lay (last one of our flock). The last few weeks her comb has gotten less red and today she wouldn't leave the coup.. She seems more lethargic and wouldn't even take treats. Should I separate her from the others? Any advice...
Trying to figure out if my 12 week SLW is a cockerel or pullet. She is the least friendly in our flock and her comb has started turning more and more red. Thanks!
Any idea what gender our babies are? They are about 4.5 weeks. Really hoping for pullets!!

Hi!
We are first time chick owners (5 chicks) and have a question about transitioning our chicks to outside. They are 4 weeks old and not quite fully feathered. We are in Oregon so the low this time of year is around 40 and the high around 60. When can we start to move them outside? They are...
here are a few pics of my 3 week old olive egger. Any guesses on what type of cross she is? I'm really hoping she's not a roo. I'm assuming she's too young to tell.
Hi everyone,
We got 5 chicks last week and can't seem to tell our cream legbar and welsummer chicks apart. One is a chocolate brown and the other is closer to black but they look similar in size and other characteristics.
Thanks for your help!
