Took the dog for a walk today btw.

Mental health crud. And physical health crud. It’s making me feel very blah and depressed today despite the walk and other activities to try to distract myself. I think it’s just cause I’m crashing after last night. Not much more I can do about it except ride it out.

Well, not all of them. Most of them do NOT. The original Hydration Multiplier in many many flavors does NOT. The Energy Multiplier in only 3 flavors DOES. So yeah.

Thank you! And that’s a good point!! I am trying to do that. I did a few things to try to help and my mood is a little better now but it’s still not fully. I was thinking of maybe going for a walk.

I drink those caffeine stick things, Liquid IV, but I’ve been drinking 4 a day and they’re 100 mg caffeine each. Which it says each one is equivalent to 1-2 cups of coffee. So that’s a LOT. At least for me. Plus they’re expensive. So I might just go back to diet soda or regular tea or something...

It’s hard to make yourself and get the doses right so I would just get some Sav A Chick or NutraDrench
