What color will this chick be as an adult?

So I can’t for sure say this as I’ve only done it once, but in my one batch experience from breeding a salmon favorelle hen to a lavender Orpington roo the 2 girls where black with little white on them, and the roo was brown with a bit of white on him. Now idk how much this differs from breed to...

    Silkie Color Help

So I have a broody hen hatching some eggs rn, I put one of my black silkies(only silkie female) eggs underneath her and it is halfway out of its shell. However from what I can tell it is a white/light colored chick. It’s not fully out or dry so I’ll update when I have better pictures, but I’m...

    What color is he?

Hello! So I only have one female silkie which is black, she has a baby hatching like right at this minute, but it appears to be white/very light colored. The possible silkie dads are the silver Colombian, a red Pyle and a silver partridge. I believe those are the only roos she could’ve bred with...

    Super small baby chick

No, it was only silkies. The breeder just was very inexperienced and didn’t take the time to properly research im assuming, so she did lots wrong and it caused them permanent and fatal issues.

    Super small baby chick

No, unfortunately she ended up passing away:( Only 2/7 of that clutch made it due to the breeders poor care and inexperience.

    Whose eggs?

Yes they are lav Orpington dad x white leghorn mom. They are just now five months, but they don’t jump over like the others do so I wasn’t sure if it could even be theirs.

    Whose eggs?

So I am pretty sure the top two are from my two buff Brahmas, but what are the bottom two? The one is pretty small as well. The possible chickens it could be based on who has access to that area is: 2 buff brahmas 2 dark brahmas 3 prairie Bluebells(obviously not them) 4 white brahmas(they don’t...

    Super small baby chick

Update: so she is stillll not growing. She is still the same size, but her feathers are starting to come in on her wings like the others. It’s honestly crazy, but here are some pics there is her in my hand vs the other born the same time in my hand.

    Super small baby chick

She eats more than the others do, she’s constantly eating, but she has barely changed since the day I got her. They were all hatched only a day apart as well. Her parents are the same as the other two partridges too. She is starting to get her big girl wings like the others, but she is so much...

    Super small baby chick

so I have 7 chickens I got, a lot of the paint babies had problems, but the three partridge were okay for the most part. I’ve had to clean the ones booty everyday from pasty butt, but other than her they have been fine. It has been two weeks however, and she is not growing at all. The other two...

    Titled head?

Update: they are both still alive, the one with the leg lays down a lot, but they are getting to the food and water fairly well. Does anybody know if I should wrap it a certain way to help him out? Also the little partridge one who I call tipsy is eating perfectly well, she is getting enough...

    Titled head?

She is eating really well on her own. I’ve even been moving her over closer to the feeder so she can eat every couple hours, but she is usually eating whenever I walk into their area. I was worried about her getting water since she’s so much smaller than the other partridges, but one of them...

    Titled head?

Update: The lil goblin one passed away. His head had straightened out pretty well, so I’m not quite sure why he would’ve passed away, but he ended up passing away today. The partridge one refuses to eat the egg mix, but she has started to fall over every 30 seconds I have to keep flipping her...

    Titled head?

So they were hatched with an incubator, however there are only these two that show any signs of it. I’m going to treat the whole group with the vitamin remedy, but if it was the incubator what part of the incubation would have went wrong?

    Titled head?

Okay thank you so so much!! Do you know what could’ve caused this? If they have a vitamin deficiency would it be from the parents?

    Titled head?

Thank you so much! Do you think the partridge that walks backwards could have it as well then? And where could I get vitamin E 400iu oil?
