She eats a mix of all flock and layer pellet feed her legs are useless if I put my finger under her foot she will loosely grip it but overall she can’t use them at all

thanks for the advice I had no Idea about the softened water. what about unfiltered well water? I will raise the heat lamp as well. they do seem comfortable though they sleep under the lamp and aren't at the edges.

The bedding is chopped straw, I have 1 250W heat lamp (red), temp about 100, feeding 30% game bird starter from Purina, water is Filtered well water (softened), and the size is a black bin with yellow lid about 5 sq ft. Thanks for all the help
