HELP! My husband is wanting to treat our yard but our chickens are free range!

OH! I thought the cat couldn't even be around it, like if I sprayed in our barn (which is where she has made herself at home), that she then couldn't even be in there anymore. So as long as I am not spraying her, and I allow time for it to settle (even overnight), then she should be okay? Have...

HELP! My husband is wanting to treat our yard but our chickens are free range!

Thank you so much for all of this. This is exactly what I was trying to tell him. That convenience is not always SAFE! I apologize for not stating my location, ( I am still trying to figure this whole site out lol). I am in Central Indiana, USA. I have heard of those mosquito dunks. The only...

HELP! My husband is wanting to treat our yard but our chickens are free range!

Please Help! I've done so much research about keeping flies, mosquitoes, and other annoying buggy pests out of our yard. My husband used to always treat our yard (before chickens) to the point where we would step outside and not a single mosquito or fly or other bugs would even be around. While...

Hiall! I hope I'm posting this in the right area. I have a 5 month old silver laced wyandotte that started limping out of no where. I immediately checked for bumble foot and other noticeable sores and there is nothing. She will walk but with a limp and most times her foot curls under her. Other...

    Inner Infection?? Maybe???

Thank you for explaining all of this to me. I was able to do this and I saw absolutely nothing in her ear! It was fully empty, just a hole. I looked in the other side as well and nothing. I am so afraid of this being Mareks.

    Inner Infection?? Maybe???

Thank you so much. I am so afraid that it is Mareks. She is definitely struggling to breathe and today she flipped over trying to get to me. All she wants is to be held and sit on my lap. I'll get some Vitamin B complex today. I do have Nutridrench and Poultry cell as well. Do I need to stop...

    Inner Infection?? Maybe???

She also tends to walk on her hocks when she isn't going far, but will walk normally on her feet if she is say going across the yard. (No slipped tendons I've confirmed. I had a roost with two and know all about those)

    Help! Inner ear infection? Maybe?!

Hi there! Long time reader and researcher on this site, but have not posted in quite some time. I have a 17 week old Buff Orpington that I am almost positive has an inner infection. She has always had this head twitch since she was itty bitty and a few days ago I found her seeming off. She would...

Okay, first of all, I am in love with Twiggy! We had two polish chicks that didn't make it.. I was so sad 😞. I ak so glad yours is doing well! Second, I can't really tell. She just seems almost frustrated because she loses her balance and has to use her wings alot so she seems to get tired...

Whats wrong with this chicks legs?!

Thank you again so much. Pretty sure I don't have any roosters so hopefully I won't have to worry about that. I'll try that poultry cell and hopefully it will help her at least feel better
