Thanks for the info on jm Hatchery. I called them and they gave me some good info.
they say 10- 11 weeks for a 4# dressed bird. How are yours doing?
they also say 2.4 to 2.5# weight converson. does that sound about right?

OOps that was for a sheep program but those mills may mill feed for other species also.

I see that the couple who was selling the Freedom Rangers is going out of business. I wonder if anyone
is going to take over their business or if those of us who want to try freedom Rangers next year are out of luck?

Ok, I jiust read Joel Salatin's book Pasured poultry Profits but now where can I find how much Cornish X's
will consume from the time I get them as chick till their finished. ( this is assuming that I am pasturing them)
