yeah i watched everything available but it's shot long, i was hoping to see closer up, i'm worried about injuring the spine, they are seriously the teeniest tiniest critters
Anti-vaxxers please scroll past now...
I have a case of ocular Marek's in my flock. My little girls and I breed rare show poultry here in Australia, and obvs they can't be shown with a symptomatic case on the property, so I sourced a few vials of Marek's vaccine from a vet friend so I could do...
Sorry, got cut off.
I don't think she's reacting to the eXzolt, she was like this in the pen and i brought her inside and then dosed her two days later. I'm always extra vigilant with the individual dose because I did once overdose a prized hen on it and she got neuro damage and I had to put...
Nothing inside the mouth, ears or nose. No mites or lice, or sign of them, on her face, head and neck. Her breeding partner did have lice when we first brought him in but they were treated in quarantine. I'll give her a bath and a rinse in Maldisol
I think you need to contact them and find out what Hatchery Vaccine means. Which diseases does it prevent?
If it's Marek's it's not good news I'm afraid, it's incredibly contagious, but the vet would surely have picked it up so it'd be worth getting a translator to help you discuss it with...

I've pulled her indoors but not sure how to proceed as I don't know what's...
Same here. Eight years I've kept my dog apart from my chickens. Eternal vigilance. I love her but my mental workload will go down significantly when she eventually passes away.

Hi, I need some expert advice on dosing my sick pullets with Tri-sulfa tablets tonight. I only have an emergency stash of tri-Sulfa tablets and I'm not sure how much to give them or how to administer it.
The lasses have no respiratory symptoms, normal behavior, they eat and drink (Fine Layer...
When my chicken’s poop looked like that it was a sign of physical starvation, she had feed but she had a resp infection and wasn’t able to eat it with all the swelling and pain. I put her on baby bird food for concentrated nutrients and had to crop feed her the liquid through a tube for a while...
That’s right, we have a sleep box in the outside laundry and the young cockerels move into the laundry at night as soon as they are witnessed crowing. The collar is for when the big guy is out free ranging during the day and defending his ladies. He got so skinny though, we had to stop using it :/
