You have 2 melanistic roosters....and Id stick by that 100%...after raising a few hundred ringnecks...even as dayolds I have gotten it down pat when it comes to sexing the birds.

Look good to me....maybe a little high but nothing OUTRAGEOUS....30-40 would be way too much.

Well was worried my first year Mandarin breeders were throwing dud eggs. I had a hen hatch 2 in her box....1 white and 1 split. Opened up the one mandarin box and found a white duckling and a few eggs pipping! Very excited this pair produced at least one white offspring....the pairing is a White Drake over what I thought was a regular coloration hen but someone must have some white in her background

Yeah they arent that pair but from the same breeder. I also just think they are just splash...but he takes peach male over splash hen to get them so either way I can't wait to see what they produce. The Peach pair is also very nice quality. The splash male I got has lots of good pattern on him...
