I have had broody turkeys. Placing fertile eggs under my turkey worked out very well for me. The first time, I used fertile turkey eggs. The second time, I used fertile chicken eggs. If my turkey gets broody again, I think I will use duck eggs. Good luck!
Hi! I would like to suggest Craig's List/ Denver to find a rental that is chicken friendly..... You also want to be sure the city/county you live in is chicken friendly.
Plan on making your pen/coop safe from foxes, coyotes, skunks, racoons. We have plenty of them and they can cause havoc...
